I did 1.5 mg my first week on monday and added another 1.5 on Thursday cus i got impatient

Starting my second week on monday i did a straight 3mg

Should probably start at lower dosage. 2mg bolus dose at the start of the week nuked my appetite for a whole week. It was shocking. Could barely get down my 1980cals a day.

Ahh fair. I’d never run anything GLP related before Reta. Only ran it for a month before I stopped.
