I use a cooling pad on my bed that pumps chilled water. If I don’t have it running I soak the sheets.

Reta - I'm on a high dose which can get pricey. SS-31- Also pricey Mots C, Epithalon, amino blends (didn't use the aminos), semax, Selank. Then I tried to stock up on the stuff I use for 1-2 years. Grey is very stressful to buy so I don't want to do it often.
