Draw from two different vials into the same syringe . I usually use a drawing needle then open a new smaller needle to inject

Yeah if I were you I would max out Reta first, then If it ain’t working I would add 0.1 mg- 0.3mg of cargitutide and then reassess

I only use Triz and cargi since Triz stopped being effective
