More info needed. Is that fasting, or how long after a meal? How are you checking it? Finger stick or do you have a CGM?

Not all countries make basic things so hard to get. Antibiotic are over the counter in many parts of the world. And so are other meds like metformin

Make sure you're doing your finger sticks correctly. You poke it with the Lance, wipe away the first few drops of blood and then take the sample. Never the first drop. That is a common mistake people make.

Check it at least 4 times a day. Write it all down. An hour after a meal you should be pretty normal range unless you faced a gallon of ice cream.
