1mg nuked all my mates. I started on 2.5mg and was enough to kill the noise. I now run .5mg on the bulk daily and 1mg daily on a cut and it’s the sweet spot. Just enough to curb binging on the cut and bulk

I’m sure the literature shows 8mg is the most effective dose for mg/%weight lost. I’d avoid going higher if you can to just save money

I've built to 3.5 over a few weeks and honestly I'm gunna taper back a bit. Maybe to 2.5
