Reta update im 3 days in after first injection 1mg and shii I can barely

Yo so last time I pinned Reta was probably like 5 days ago 200mcg I ate like shit after I pinned and the next day my abdomen was extremely inflamed and it hurt like crazy I want to pin again I’m just scared I don’t want to get inflamed again am I good if I pin rn eat clean today even tho I ate decently yesterday

Also I want to up the dose too

I have taken 20mg and dont really see or feel anything. But someone can get benefit from 250mcg it 500mcg. Low blood sugar might be other reason than slupp
