Reta is doing a great job as far as insulin sensitivity. I did a little experiment yesterday and ate a decent amount of amount of carbs and a sugary snack and my blood sugar was around 114mg/dl after about 30 mins in 2 hours I was back down to baseline of 95mg/dl
