2iu is replacement amount, so it’s not very normal to get sides at a replacement amount

It’s probably a placebo effect tbh. Or hasn’t measured the dosage right

I put 1.2 bac water in 24 iu vial and drew 10 units. The side effects are tingly and stiff hands and feet. It lasts almost all morning.

Could be a few things, poor quality product, poor dietary electrolyte balance or dosed too high for your tolerance.
