Ive been on trizepatide 15mg.
I want to start Reta. What’s the best dosage to start since I was already on trizep.Trying to lean out I have 30 lb to lose. 180 lb 5’3 fem. I also need to add something for cravings what do you recommend

Add 2.5mg reta in and drop the tirz 2.5mg then every 4 weeks repeat,
Reta is nowhere near as good for appetite surpression as tirz.

I feel like that’s the only reason I’m dropping weight on tirz the appetite suppression otherwise I don’t think it does anything else

Diet properly with high volume, walk 10k steps a day and gym every other day.
I should take this advise too 🤣

If I end up not going with Reta is it possible to up dose on trizep from 15mg

Yea, they're doing 20mg in new trials now.
