start 2mg, if too much go down to 1mg if not, stay 2mg 4 weeks then go 4mg and then go up once every 4 weeks till you're happy with appetite control

It sounds silly because it sounds like you've already ordered a product without doing sufficient research on it's use.

My son has been doing other peptides for awhile now and he suggested I give it a try and I had done research on other products like a glp-1 and had done some research on this as well before using it. It was simple bought at the same time he placed an order for his. I just wanted to reach out on here to get actual human feedback instead of just going based off of google. That’s what these kinds of forums are for

Ok that's reasonable. You can use it once a week easy enough. People normally start at 2mg a week. That was enough for me to begin with.
