You could start at 1mg
And do that twice a week😁

I do prefer more frequent doses of reta. I started out twice weekly, and eventually turned it to daily. I do 1mg a day now and have done for about 3 months

If im trying peptides for the first time what Reta do you think I should be starting with because I was doing research and it said either RT5 or RT10 but one source was saying RT20 and I just wanted to ask in here before

Then going up it gets a little harder, especially at 4 and 6mg because you leave some
