And I think with reta, you don't have to wait a month until you increase the dosage

I usually tell people to start at .5 then 3 days later another .5. Following week do the whole mg 1 dose and hold for a couple of weeks

I think its just for your body to adapt to the dose

Should work great for most people yes, but I wouldn't want to advise someone a dose that turns out to be too high

Yeah for sure, but the adaptation is quicker for reta compared to sema and tirze

I haven’t ran into one yet. Eat clean and hydrate and 1mg is usually taken well
