Ya but it isn’t consistent… I’m not even taking that much and I have a great tolerance. I hadn’t had one sulfur burp or just vomiting days after taking my shot since I started Reta
No?? It’s literally like all of a sudden I’m sick as a dog and when before I had issues with constipation now it’s very much the opposite. I’m also craving sugary things or things not consistent with how I know I felt when I knew it was working
I hadn’t heard that especially with a maintenance type dose but very thankful for the knowledge. From what I read, reta didn’t cause sulfur burps (had been my experience) and that’s why we start low and slow so your body can handle it better
stupid question maybe but how come the prices for things like Tirz vary so much between chinese vendors? i am looking at another well-known supplier and tirz is 3x the price of bba
The sulfur burps are happening due to slow gastric motility which is a mechanism of action for GLP1s. Your craving sour foods because the body wants to increase stomach acid to aid digestion / the slow motility. Try betaine HCL to aid with acidity. Cut down on high sulfur foods to slow the amount of high sulfur fermenting for extended periods of time in the gut and if youre ill id also 100% be testing for H. Pylori. It ruined my stomach completely for life. Please dont leave it untreated. If you don't want harsh antibiotics, which can also be ineffective for H. Pylori. I'd suggest a compound that dissolves the biofilm this awful bacteria use to hide in ur gut
I had plyori was horrible it's easy test to do well worth it
Antibiotics worked for me I was glad to get rid I struggled for 3 or 4 months only found out when I had camera in my stomach
Its very contagious anecdotally. My mum and 2 brothers gor infected within 12 months of me having it. I had to have antibiotics and supplements to dissolve the biofilm at the same time. Couldnt eradicate it with antibiotics only
Thank you so much! When you say slow gastric mobility what do you mean? Since this has been happening I’ve tmi been almost too regular and sick out that end as well… do you get H. Pylori taking a GLP or how does it happen?
Guys, i am dieting down an an have been losing 0.7kg per week on 2.2kcals! I added in 360mg test an 300 primo but since adding iam up 2kg ! But diet is the same! I have gained water weight yes but its a mind game at this point because im not seeing the scale drops anymore to track my progress, im seeing weight gain now instead an its only been 2 weeks since adding in! I have a show in 11 weeks to so i hope this water weight gain doesnt stay long as i feel i looked better an drier before adding in a higher dose of test an primo (i was taking 150mg before increasing)
Shall i now set a “new scale weight” an judge my new lows from there or dont class it as a new “low” until i get back down to loosing the 2kg that i have recently gained?
GLPs slow the speed at which food moves through the digestive tract. This is how u feel fuller for longer. The cost of that is over fermentation of food in the intestines and overpopulation of the microbiome. More gut bacteria leak more toxins into the body and increase inflammation. They can also make their way into the small intestine causing SIBO. As its a more favourable environment for bacteria it increases chances of the big baddies like ecoli and h. Pylori taking hold
