High e2 has similar effects. Physiological ranges for e2 is the optimal position.

I do not know. I just asked what would i do if i had low e2 and what symptoms there are because someone assumed i got low e2

That wouldn’t be attributed to low e2. By the way, your e2 would likely be in normal range looking at your SHBG. I don’t think you have issues there.

Growth is gonna be centred around diet and training.
