OP
Was on tirz 12.5 mg weekly and it worked. Been on reta 5 mg for 4 months with zero results. Thinking of going back to tirz.
Should I restart at 2.5 mg or a higher dose?
Stick with reta and go up a dose?
Anyone tried mixing the two?

I've felt nothing, I'm wandering if I should have started a higher dose when switching from tirz but obviously wanted to start at the lowest possible dose and go from there.

I just went from really good results with the tirz, to undoing my good work with the reta.

Maybe I'll split the dose and persist for another month

yea maybe ur body is used to the glp1 supression because of the tirz so now u dont feel it as strong when if u had started from nothing

Maybe I'll try 3mg twice a week, I want it to work but also know that some people just respond better on tirz

This is a good option, would rather avoid taking tirz&reta but I know some do with good results
That was the end of the thread
