MCT is a bit thick for 31g but if Chinese it has a ton of other stuff which makes it thinner

i heard that if u put the syringe in hot water it makes the oil thinner

Yeah, that ^. I normally just put the vial in my pocket for a couple mins before swabbing it with a wipe. Slightly warms it up
