I started taking 10 mg pwo about 20 mins now taking 20 mgs cause tablet are more mg worked first time

I appreciate it my only problem is that I made a big order 3 weeks ago so I donr need anything for now and in my country is rly hard get AA water or hospira water

For me 12.7 wouldn't touch my delt as I'm 28% bf probably higher. But I can stick 12.7mm shallow thigh IM. For my delt and venteglute I use 1" 25g
