As far as i know theres not a specific mechanism of action to tesamorelin that makes it a standalone GHRH for weight loss.

Most need BA but BBA IPA/CJC needs AA at the moment, igf-1 needs AA also I think

I havent seen any evidence at all supporting this. On the contrary, ive seen evidence of it leading to more stable test levels and lower E2 and hematocrit levels
