I liked reta when I first started but I got the worst anxiety and sunburn feeling with it even at low doses

Id run 1mg tesa / 250mcg Ipa 5 days on, 2 days off for 12 weeks on and 12 off

It also prevents potential receptor desensitization. Didnt say the way id do it was right. You can do it loads of different ways. Was sharing my protocol
