I didn’t feel anything from mots the first few weeks. Then I started ss31 with it and I have great energy from it

I’ve heard you’re supposed to do ss-31 for several weeks and then go to mots-c so that’s what I’m doing. Waiting to finish up the ss-31 before starting mots-c

Okay. Just curious. I've gone up to 10mg a shot for ss31 for like 2 weeks and think I had good energy but then switched to motsc and only felt nausea

I’ve been doing 4mg. Feel ok. Not too energetic but I get through the day. If yall are doing more I’ll try to go up some and see what’s up

You don’t have to finish using the SS 31 before you start the mots.
But you’re correct you should start the SS 31 a couple weeks before to get your cells repaired for its use

Your comparison doesnt make sense how does cells healing equivalate to the gas tank getting holes in it

My bad. Cells healing is the repair of the gas tanks so you can put in a full tank of gas (mots c). Without doing the repair first, maybe you only get 50% usage of the Mots c you put in.
