The issue is that of course there are successful PCTs, but you will never hold much of the size gained when you hop off. It’s also a massive stress on the body to restart the HPTA. TRT is vastly healthier in most individuals

I’m at 20% body fat, 3mg of Retatrutide. 5 days a week at the gym. 1,500 calorie deficit. Focusing of Recomp. I have AI on hand.
