Going to switch from tirz to reta when my order arrives, im on tirz since 3th december and rn im at 7.5mgs, anything i need to watch before switching to reta? And should i start with 1mg reta?

Start at 2mg and give it time. Go through the motions, won’t be as suppressive but keep your head in the game.

Is Semaglutide better in suppressing then tirz and reta?

I have no idea. Studies aren’t really accurate in that sense, kind of just up to opinion. But I can tell you that reta is the weakest when it comes to appetite suppression.
