I've gone from 4mg reta to 10mg triz in a short period of time and have only just started to experience roughly the same effects on appetite suppression from the triz. Is my triz underdosed, or is reta so much stronger ?

10mg tirz straight off is enough to Knox a elephant to size 0

Opposite way, tirz is stronger appetite suppression than reta

I've been seeing people recommend to eat what you would if you were dieting without glp, to get yourself used to eating a "normal" diet

I've just been eating when I'm hungry. I'm usually a rice, meat and veg person anyway

No PIP, suddenly I’m noticing the injection site is raised and a red. Like my body is fighting it. Never had it and I’m on it since september

Same kit? Did you change waters? Maybe you injected too shallow

Same kit, I changed waters and I am sure I pinned all the way in. I don’t get the swollen redness immediately but the day after and it’s also crazy itchy
