Only if you alternate cycles.
Tesa is a “multiplier” of GH release. rHGH shuts down natural production, so 2 x 0 is 0.
But, one reason Tesa is more effective at visceral fat reduction than rHGH is because rHGH stimulates GH receptors continuously, and they’ll desensitize over time since constant activation isn’t natural. This impairs fat lipolysis, so it becomes less effective at that over time.
Tesa on the other hand keeps GH coming in short pulses from your pituitary gland, allowing receptors to rest in between GH “hits”, which is the way normal physiology works so the GH receptors never downregulate.
So what some do is 6 months on rHGH, then 3 months Tesa (which allows receptors to reset to full sensitivity), then switch back to rHGH.
It’s the best of both worlds, constant elevated GH (from rHGH then Tesa then rHGH etc) and keeps your GH receptors sensitive, so you can use a lower rHGH dose or get more fat lipolysis out of the dose you’re using.
And let’s be honest, better hair/nails/skin is nice, but it’s the ability to kind of eat whatever you like, and still have incredible fat lipolysis, especially coming off the deep belly visceral fat, like an 18 year old, that most people really enjoy from rHGH.
