My experience on Reta vs triz - I had more appetite suppressant on triz but lost more weight on Reta even while eating more = less muscle loss. So just don’t go off of appetite suppressant. I will take Reta for life for all the longevity benefits besides weight loss. It’s not just a weight/fat loss peptide. It does so much more.

Might need to dial back to 2mg for reta. I had coffee and protein with milk for breakfast and I am still not hungry 5 hours later

BBA reta seems way more potent tbh. I switched from domestic retailer and I've never had this strong appetite suppression and I swear I could live off a big glass of milk and protein all day
