I wanted Coq10 at 100mg/ml, but MCT oil only handles 30-40mg max, that's why I was adding the DMSO, since by iteslf it can handle even 200mg/ml, but I didn't wanna pin pure DMSO

I’m bulking on gh right now. Would the best approach to insulin resistance be metformin/berberine? Or is it smarter to use a low dose of Reta? I’ve also seen people use insulin but I don’t know enough about it to justify using it

I would say low dose reta/tirz. Metformin is good but the problem is that it knocks out your mithocondrial electron transport chain

I wonder if daily injections would help instead of weekly
