Reta starts at 1-2mg. I worked up till 4mg weekly. Split dose into 2, only do once weekly if absolutely necessary. 2 is better. Do not do 3, that's a waste of time. You can search up how to reconstitute Retatrutide on tiktok or YouTube and find lots of videos. You said you bought 15mg kit, so I would reconstitute with either 1mL it 2mL. 2mL to make dosing easier, and 1mL if you don't want a lot of water per injection. You store in a cool fridge. 1 to 8 degrees Celsius. Do not shake, or keep in direct sunlight. Use alcohol swabs. I use 28g 1/2inch needle. You can use 28g to 30g. 1/2 to 1 inch depending on how fat you are and if it burns when you inject. Do it straight in, swift motion. No air bubbles. For the easiest dosing keep 1mL per reconstitution. That means 10 units = 1.5mg. Start with 2mg weekly. Run that for 3-4 weeks as that's how long it takes for a dose to build up. Then see and asses tolerance and effects, and go up. Titrate up by 1-2 mg each time. Inject in the morning / afternoon.
