My skin feels like someone used low grit sandpaper on it and getting to sleep is a nightmare but the weight is just melting off

So I'll be staying at 2mg for like the next few weeks, to avoid further side effects. Thankfully sleep is the only really bad one. Nausea isn't all that big at the moment
