For what purpose? It is not usually recommended to run those two together. Maybe cag if you need some more appetite control

For appetite control lol ive used tirz before and the appetite suppression i felt on it was amazing

Weight loss based on suppression isn’t sustainable weight loss. Have some self control and put some effort in to put the fork down
