Requires high dose to be effective. 100-400mg/day

100mg can‘t be true. I think you have that info from mouse-studies.

I’m taking 200mg daily now. The mcg doses do nothing. Even on 200mg I don’t “feel” it but it does help hold my body composition in a gaining phase

That info is from mouse studies. Look at the dosages they used in mice and just realize that we aren’t mice…
