We start and are fine and bloods are usually fine anything less than 35% bf unless you aromatize heavily.

I’ve been using peps for around 3 months. Reta, Tesa and a few others. Lost 20 lbs and starting to see some definition. I’m 54 and considering taking HGH. What can I expect good and bad?
