Hi guys Just after some advice. I’ve been trying to decide between tirzepatide and ret. I’ve heard mixed reviews about ret and I already weight train frequently, so I am trying to get rid of stubborn fat only (hips and thighs). I am 42 and female, so also battling perimenopause. Appreciate any advice you can give. Dosage and what sizes everyone buys would also help. Please be kind I am new to this all. TIA

Reta is the king. 20 mg vials are good size for single person. First week start off with .5 mg dose to make sure you don’t have any allergic reactions or bad reactions or if you’re a good reaction like you’re a hyper responder. If you feel nothing on the first day, you can take another .5 the next day You don’t feel anything after that you can take another .5 2 or three days after. First day of the next week if you haven’t felt anything take 1 mg. At this point, that’s when I felt that no hunger. Then I took another 1 mg halfway through the week unlike Thursday. Official protocols say start with 2 mg and that is plenty. Let me tell you.. Stay using the least amount you have to for as long as you can. You don’t want to build up tolerance to such a good thing. I think I went almost 3 months at 2 mg a week. So 20 mg will last you at least two months per vial. After a couple months of Reta you can supercharge your further weight loss with something like mots c and SLU. Absolutely no need to do that in the beginning. You’re gonna get great results from.Reta

i’ve heard people taking .5 twice a day and getting massive results and yes, there’s people taking 20 mg to 600 mg. I don’t know. I wish I did.. Probably gonna start with 1 mg pills. And hope for least effective dose.
