For IM oily substances which needle sizes are you using?
Would 21Gx1.5” to load and 25Gx5/8” to pin be fine?

How are people checking if there insulin resistance on hgh? Are Yous checking your blood glucose or anything. I’m going to start using hgh and already using Reta but are people checking blood glucose or nah

Check both fasted and post prandial blood glucose. Do both at least 1x per week to spot trends

I’m assuming the Reta will help with the insulin resistance because it makes you insulin sensitive?

Ya it’ll def help. But depending on diet and activity, it may not be enough

It will also depend on your dosage for both Reta and HGH, also plan baseline and follow-up bloodwork for HbA1c and Insuline.
Checking fasted glucose weekly, while helpful, might not be enough to get the full picture.

everyone should just do 1 inch for delts and 1.5 for glutes to get a deep IM shot tbh

whatever gauge you want. I do 25 cause it was the easiest to find for 1 inch or longer

I check blood glucose but thats because i use insulin aswell w my gh and retta
