Regardless of blast or cruise you can pin 2x weekly, just going to have more serum levels dip. Almost like a roller coaster. Some can handle it some cant.
I do like I think purple said, blasting ill do ed/eod depending on volume. No less.
Cruising 2x weekly . Might even switch to test u/d to see how that goes with peaks and valleys out of curiosity
