Jus the last little bit when I’m around 8ish bf to burn [tracking removed] cals a day also add t3 25mcg with it as well.

Yeah always start low with clen. Have beta blockers on hand as well.

Beta blockers render clen useless, just don’t use too much and have taurine on hand.

Yep that’s the point so if your dose is to high or in my case I use liquid clen and dosing can be a bit risky. But don’t use the beta blocker in conjunction during the time your using clen. It’s only as needed.

On hand as needed and for rescue is why. Taurine is a given. Am fasted.

Not necessarily. They selectively block at the beta 1 receptor, at least in the case of nebivolol, and nebivolol is fairly selective to beta 2
