I started at 6 no issues except socks got tighter

Then evaluate what you think is best for you and go with that. Worst that will happen is you may get a few sides.

you can start at 4 and see then go to 6, you can always just take more

6 worked fine for me but i also split my dosages half morning fasted and half pre bed fasted

gh is slower you might need 2 weeks of a dosage so see how it is
