More like 6. The past 3 months. I've added more exercise, split my dose lowered my calorie count raised my dose slowly added more protein. Still nothing.
I'm 5'0 between 167 and 170lbs 40 years old. I do feel like some of the weight came off mostly due to my back surgery because after that was corrected I was able to be mobile again. I do however have PCOS which has a whole slew of issues including the inability to lose weight efficiently and my thyroid is on its way out which defines doesn't help at all either.
Maybe try checking a TDEE calc with your numbers and see how much you should be consuming. I've seen with a lot of stalls that people have been eating too little
Honestly my calc says I should be around 1600 that's where I was staying for a while when the stall happened. So I upped it to 2000 because someone said maybe I wasnt getting enough and my body was in starvation mode. I stayed there for 2 months or so then that's when I started fluctuating up and down. So I started working it back down towards 1600
I walk a mile or so on my walking pad a few times a week the rest of the time I'm hiking trails now the weathers warm. . I live 30 minutes from a state park
