I’m mainly looking for recovery and hypertrophy, but if I got other things like height out of it I wouldn’t be mad

It goes away after 4-6 weeks at least majority of it unless you’re running a heavy dose. Also you should be preparing your own food or at least be very conscious of sodium intake.

Correct sodium and potassium and it goes away along with enough fluids, I have 6L, I run 10iu daily and zero bloat. 8g of salt from celtic and pink.
