I'm starting my Tirz today. How many units should I inject? And how do I dilute the 10 mg Tirz? How much bacteriostatic water should I add?

Units is not a thing. You need MG

Yes just remember it's 50 units not the standard 100 units. So 5 will be 1mg not 10 in standard

Will make it harder to get precise because you will need 0.12,5ml 2.5mg

I am assuming this syringe is a 1ml syringe. If you do maths 100/50 = 2 So 0.2ml per 1 unit

So maybe the 100 syringe would be better?
