Hello guys I'm currently facing an issue with my back herniated disc and suddenly had so much pain from an car accident so maybe I need to do surgery. After the surgery what do you all recommend in order to get back asap in the gym cardio even light and build muscle give me some protocols you suggest I'm already on bb10 ipa cjc reta etc but after maybe need something stronger to come back cause I will lose muscle
I'm concerned how many times you said tight there
I saw a popular YouTuber rant about using reta & tirz together and the risks, but I know a lot of us use both with good results
For those who use both, thoughts?
Long acting insulin has its benefits when ur pushing more carbs, more food.
Humalog is best in my opinion. Just carry intra drink like karbolyn. Or gatorade + other sugars on hand. I typically will have my intra and if feel any bit off will take some honey i pack with me
Me after 5 months of bulking, I wasn't as sensitive anymore, so my coach added 10iu Lantus to improve sensitivity and prolong the bulk.
If it works for you - metformin is an option if you dont want to go the slin route, but again should be if becoming resistant. But some see GI issues w met
Your opinion, many others like myself would disagree. Insulin is like a taxi, driving nutrients directly to the muscle. Especially when becoming resistant and theres more room to push growth.
I also think theres a time and place, which is where most people utilize it wrong.
Beginners shouldnt use it in general, which is my point about the time and place
