Test alone, sort of on hrt doses. With HCG, yes, much hornier.
Over HRT doses, insatiable

Would it get me down to 115 and toned if I just eat Protein?

I mean technically. I’d say make protein your focus but don’t delete other stuff. Will keep you healthier too.

look into HMB, it’ll stop ur body from eating into your muscle, epically if you aren’t hitting your protein which is likely on reta. Váli is right though you should 100% have your nutrition right or you’ll fuck yourself up really bad.

Are you talking about creatine HMB? I thought studies were mixed/inconclusive

I’m definitely going to do that, but how long would you say I could reach my weight goal?

Depends on what you're doing and your caloric restriction and exercise and your bmr, etc.
Just taking these peptides aren't going to magically speed run you into whatever goal lol

ik this was a while back, but straight HMB (β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate) will help Nat maintain her muscle. They’d still lose some muscle mass on Reta, but the diet during the cycle matters a lot. Don’t listen to people who say you won’t lose muscle mass or bone mass while on it, there are studies, you will. Your diet, and supplements, matter a lot in mitigation of the effects. 🤓

The bigger issue would be the protein catabolism to drive glucagon production assuming moderate caloric deficit and I adequate protein consumption
But that person was legit brain dead so nothing is gonna help them lol
That was the end of the thread
