Isnt reta just a superior version of both of those? Why would u switch between which ones you use
I get on better with tirzep but last few weeks ive been using reta, appetite suppression is alot stronger on tirzep but even with high protein im loosing size muscle wise. Reta I can still get the meals in so we will see in a few weeks
