Throw the Tesa in the trash where it belongs and get more GH

No. Tesamorelin amplifies natural production. Since rHGH shuts down natural production 2 x 0 =0.
What you can do is switch to Tesa as soon as you stop rHGH to speed up restoration of natural production by a few days, and you’ll also restore sensitivity in the down-regulated GH receptors, so when/if you restart rHGH, it’ll be more effective.
GH exposure is naturally in brief pulses, not continuous, and this causes the receptors to pull back into the cell “turning down the volume” of the GH signal when using rHGH.
Tesa maintains pulsatile release, so receptors don’t withdraw. It’s also why Tesa is as effective at blasting visceral fat as using a massive side effect inducing dose of rHGH.

Such a weird way to explain downregulation lol

Does CJC or ipa have any of these same effects?

They all do the same thing, which is to say less than GH

Tesa is not “more effective” at blasting visceral fat. You can’t cite a single study comparing GH to Tesa on visceral fat reduction. You sound like the extent of your research was reading peptide bro subreddits. Just because Tesa was studied for visceral fat reduction and GH wasn’t doesn’t mean one has been shown to be better than the other.

I agree with this. That study was specifically funded and aimed at visceral fat reduction. There were no comparative studies with other secretagogues like CJC or IPA, let alone actual HGH.

Continuous exposure causes GH receptors to down regulate. Pulsatile exposure does not.
All else equal, pulsatile GH induces greater lipolysis

GH resistance? Please show me where that was proven. It doesn’t matter if your receptors down regulate because you’re taking it exogenously. Your “logic” is so flawed

Also, “all else being equal” is doing some heavy lifting here bc the area under the curve from Tesa tends to be much smaller than that of GH. Tesa cannot mimic the dosing capabilities of GH

Is your main goal
For GH use is fat loss would it beneficial to spilt even a small dose of 4iu into 2x 2iu shots spread like 8hrs apart?
That was the end of the thread
