Switched from reta to tirz recently and yes the appetite suppression is better buttt, even with eating less and under maintenance cals Im not losing anymore weight … I workout frequently idk whaz going on
You’ve lost weight therefor your maintenance is now lower, meaning you need to eat less than before. It means you are eating too much.
Also, every three days is not crazy; more frequent injections = more stable levels — it’s smart.
I am coming up on a year on reta. I started with .2 mg twice a week and up to 1.2mg a week now. It totally cuts off food noise and stomach rumbles. But everyone is different. You still need to say no to ice cream.
Why is “more stable levels smart”.
Since natural levels of GLP, GIP, and Glucagon all vary significantly minute to minute, couldn’t higher peaks provide benefits that aren’t possible at lower, stable levels?
Got it.
2 years ago, bfr shouder injury, i started with 200mg sustanon + 150mg deca 2x week for 8 weeks and 150mg sustanon 2x week for the next 8 months
Oh yeah, seriously? Damn, I love it right now, haha. I think it depends a lot on the people, like with all products. Personally, I saw the results quite quickly; I am much more defined and my lean bulk is excellent when combined with the reta.
Have you thought about getting a blood test before starting the titration? That way, you'll have a visual of the numbers at the time you get the blood test during the peptide break (which is what I plan to do)
