Any recommendations to target belly fat? Heard about tesamorelin a lot
Tried basic glp1s and Reta, and they just affect me like dieting would. No more no less. Plus they give me rashes/skin flare ups.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you’re basically out of luck. The only thing that might work in the long term are hgh spot injections into the area you want to target. There is some evidence which suggests that hgh can cause localized fat loss if injected in the same area repeatedly. I’ve actually experienced something similar when I pushed hgh to 36iu/day during my hgh mega dose experiment
