Yeah it ain't gonna do this unless you're at higher doses and even then, it's used as a supplement to gear. It'll help with sleep/recovery relatively fast, allowing you to train harder and eventually after some time, body comp (fat loss) but using it solely "just to build muscle" is not it. I'd suggest diving into more research before considering it.

Uh yeah? It's a supplemental compound to gear and they usually run higher doses to achieve their goals. Bodybuilders don't just run hgh to build muscle...... Their stacks are first and foremost, test/tren/primo/etc.. Hgh helps but it isn't the end all be all you think it is.

Dooooodes I overdosed Reta a bit and can’t eat shit what are some high protein low filling foods that are easily to digest . Shredded chicken???🤔🤔🤔

Same goes for fast digesting pre workout meals, should they be eaten further away from workouts if your on Reta?
