Guys after stopping reta for medical reasons cause I had to undergo surgery do I start again slowly or can I get to 3mg again cause I was having no sides also how much time do you think must pass after surgery to hop on again

I stopped 4.5mg 2x a week for 3 weeks after having surgery and went back on 3mg 2x a week and its like I never stopped it.

And why is that? When I was at a higher dose and only doing 1x a week I had side effects, 2x a week is what works for me and many other people. So I guess we are all silly or is it you that just thinks that?

guys anyone here have experience with brain fogs,i have been cutting since about january and even with refeed breaks everytime i hop back into a deficit since i started pretty heavy i just get pretty bad brain fog and worsened adhd

Twice a week has been much better for me. Same weekly dose spread over two jabs
