For sleep quality, deep sleep i recommend peptide DSIP if finance is no issue

Found it overrated if you're in good shape. It's more for people with poor mitochondrial health.

I think there's still benefits. I just felt like because my mitochondria were likely already running optimally it didn't do as much as it does for some. Ive seen data that shows that running a lot of other peptides or compounds that can cause mitochondrial stress can be a valid use case for it though. Ie using stuff like mots c and slu that can put your mitochondria on overdrive can make it worthwhile to add something in like ss31 to help make them more foundationally sound after a while
