Igf levels matter less than receptor sensitivity. Ie you could have 900 igf level and be seeing less benefit then someone with 300 igf. However they can help indicate liver conversion of hgh to igf per iu.

You will sleep a bit better which in turn helps with recovery but dont expect any muscle growth per se

Id start at 3-4 then work up. Nothing wrong with starting lower helps with the lethargy and water retention if you’re prone.

I payed attention to when i started experiencing high e2 sides post injection and started dosing it that way. Ended up being a few hours post injection that worked for me
