if he was on a GLP1, and it was heavy carbs, push back a 3-4 hrs

I wouldn’t recommend it at all for him. But if he’s insisting on doing it. 2iu, atleast 2hrs after food before bed 🤷♂️

don’t go super heavy on the carbs for your last meal. Keep it around max 60g
